Rea & Associates Welcomes Two Key Professionals to Enhance Firm’s Expertise
Rea & Associates, a leading regional accounting and business consulting firm, is delighted to announce the addition of two exceptional professionals to its esteemed team.
Rea welcomed Marc Harvey as its new Chief People Officer, starting on August 21, 2023. In his role as CPO, Marc will lead the People team, overseeing talent acquisition, learning & development, and human resources (HR). His responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives and strategic plan.
Marc’s extensive background in human resources, leadership development, and learning and development, with nearly 15 years of experience in various industry sectors, positions him as a valuable asset to Rea. He has also served as an adjunct instructor at Malone University, further highlighting his dedication to education and professional development.
Rea & Associates is equally excited to welcome Kaitlyn Robison, Director of Tax, who officially joined the Rea team on August 7, 2023. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for tax and accounting to her new role. Kaitlyn’s journey to Rea was fueled by her alignment with the firm’s culture and vision for professional growth.
With a background that includes roles at HBK CPAs and Consultants and as a senior tax manager at a regional firm out West, Kaitlyn is well-prepared to lead Rea’s tax team. Her extensive experience running a significant book of business, managing multiple offices, and teaching undergraduate accounting courses demonstrates her commitment to education, training, and developing accounting professionals.
Kaitlyn’s areas of specialty include Tax Compliance, Partnership Tax, S-Corporation Tax, Individual Tax, and Gift and Estate Tax. She holds professional certifications as a CPA and CFE.
