Meet Renee
As a senior manager and leader of Rea & Associates' human resources consulting services division, Renee West, SHRM-SCP, brings more than 27 years of experience to the position where she focuses on HR management among professional services, manufacturing, nonprofit, and temporary staffing businesses. She is responsible for providing strategic support to the firm's leadership team and driving the execution of the firm's HR strategies. Renee also has a passion for educating businesses on recruitment, hiring, and compliance. She also currently serves as the district director of the Ohio Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) State Council Board of Directors and was the former president of the Tuscora Society for Human Resource Management.
