The Rea & Associates government services and HR consulting services teams presented a special webinar exclusively for government entities, including school districts and municipalities. This special presentation, designed to help entities manage their people amid the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis included insight dedicated to FFCRA, EFMLEA, & EPSLA updates, unemployment and coordination, DOL workplace posters and employee notification of policies, and a brief overview of the CARES Act. The government team also provided additional guidance into how the new legislation has impacted the rules associated with House Bill 197 and OMB M-20-17.
