We are continuously following developments from the CDC and the State of Ohio. Our priority continues to be the safety and welfare of our people and our clients. We thank you for your continued trust.

Effective immediately, access to our physical offices will be very limited to clients and the public. Additionally, effective Monday, March 23, all employees whose roles allow will be working from home until further notice. We will have a limited number of employees in each office supporting our remote employees and our clients.

Included in our menu at the right of this page is a page that outlines a list of ways you can send or receive documents to your Rea advisor electronically. You can also access it by clicking here. If those options don’t work for you, simply call the office you’re visiting when you arrive and we can meet you at your car. Some offices also have dropboxes that you are welcome to use.

I would like to stress once again that, although many of our employees continue to work from home, we remain fully operational and open for business. Leading up to this decision, we have made investments in technology and prepared our teams for a remote working arrangement to ensure continuity of service for our clients. Our employees’ health and safety and client service remain our top priorities.

We truly believe we have taken every step possible to ensure that your level of service will not be disrupted. If you believe that is not the case at any point, please reach out to me directly. My contact information is below.

U.S. Mail is also a great option, but we’d like to stress, regular email is not secure, so please do not send sensitive information via email.
