Doing Our Part To Stop The Spread Of COVID-19

Home Office | Digital Meetings | Ohio CPA FirmHere at Rea, we have technology in place that allows our team members to work from virtually anywhere with an internet connection. We have instructed our team members to work from home if they feel sick. If anyone comes to our offices appearing to be sick, whether that be an employee or a guest, they will be asked to leave for the safety of our employees and visitors. No exceptions.

We will continue to do everything in our control to ensure that we are still available by phone, email or video chat. We are committed to serving you with as little disruption to our services as reasonably possible.

If you have meetings scheduled with anyone on our team, please make sure to touch base with your relationship partner if you have not already heard from them.  We encourage you to send your information electronically or via U.S. mail, and to hold in-person meetings by phone or video chat instead.

  • Secure file exchange: Also at reacpa.com, under Client Portal, you’ll see a link for Secure File Exchange. This will allow you to send and receive documents securely via email. Please do not use normal email to send documents with sensitive information.
  • SafeSend for signing and filing returns: Talk to your Rea professional about how our SafeSend technology can allow you to send and file your tax returns electronically.
  • Online payment portal: You can pay your bill electronically, by ACH, credit card or QuickFee Payment Plan. Visit www.reacpa.com/make-a-payment for terms and conditions.
