Noted Construction & Real Estate Specialist Joins Rea & Associates
August 24, 2020 | Dublin, Ohio – Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, has welcomed Scott Bechtel, CPA, to its growing construction and real estate services team. In this role, Bechtel will use his extensive experience in tax compliance and planning services to lead the team as a principal in the firm’s Dublin, Ohio, office.

Bechtel earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Otterbein University and went on to earn his CPA. Over the course of his career, he has been active in construction and real estate-specific organizations, as well as the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Bechtel has also been regularly tapped to share his expertise in the areas of federal, state, and municipal taxes, tax planning strategy, succession planning and ownership transfer with the BDO Construction Accounting Network, the Construction Financial Management Association, and the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio.
