Rea & Associates, a top 100 CPA and business consulting firm headquartered in Ohio, was once again recognized as one of the best firms in the accounting industry. For the second year in a row, Rea & Associates conducted an annual client survey to help gain insight into the client’s experience. As a result of client feedback, Rea & Associates was once again earned “Best of Accounting.”

According to data compiled by ClearlyRated, clients of 2021 Best of Accounting Firm winners are two times as likely to be satisfied than those who work with non-winning firms. Rea & Associates received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 86.7 percent of clients. Rea’s satisfaction scores were nearly double that of the industry average of 43 percent in 2020. Additionally, Rea & Associates received a Net Promoter® Score of 81.5 percent. This percentage was also significantly higher than the industry average of 23 percent in 2020.
