Why did Tucker & Tucker merge with Rea & Associates?

The service-oriented, client focused and employee-centric culture of Tucker & Tucker is very similar to what we have worked so hard to build here at Rea & Associates. Which is what initially sparked the conversation. After several great discussions, all parties came to the conclusion that the merger would not only support Rea’s strategic growth plan and Tucker’s succession plan, it would present exciting growth opportunities for employees and clients, alike.

People are our top priority. We do business by putting people first – including our team members, clients and community members. The single, stronger practice formed as a result of this merger will better position us to provide a range of accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting services throughout the Cambridge area and beyond.

How will this merger impact me?

If you worked with Tucker & Tucker in the past, rest assured that your quality of service will not change. Rather, in addition to top-notch client service, you will now have access to a larger team of professionals and industry experts, all of whom are committed to helping you find ongoing success. In addition to traditional tax services, bookkeeping and estate planning services, you will now have access to retirement plan services, valuation and transaction advisory services, and more. Check out our services page to learn more.

Clients of Rea will also see no changes in the service they currently receive, their fees or their service team.

Will I still have the same CPA?
