March 2, 2017 | Dublin, Ohio – Rea & Associates, a regional CPA and business consulting firm, announces that Christopher Axene, CPA, will serve as the newest member of the firm’s board of directors.

Chris has Rea’s best interests in mind and will provide a valuable perspective as we continue to look for better ways to serve our clients and support our local economies.”
As a principal in Rea’s Dublin office, Axene is responsible for overseeing the firm’s federal tax planning practice for the firm, which includes complex tax transaction planning and review, choice of entity planning, IRS audit representation and tax due diligence for M&A transactions. He is also responsible for the tax practice quality control program.
Axene earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Furthering his personal and professional development, he is also an active member of the American Institute of CPAs as well as the Ohio Society of CPAs, where he serves on the federal tax committee. Outside of the office, Axene serves as a trustee and finance committee member for Ohio Delta Company. He also serves with the Civil Air Patrol. Axene resides in Genoa Township with his family.
