New Philadelphia, Ohio – Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, announces that Dee Webb has successfully completed the final section of the Qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA) exam. Webb is an experienced client service specialist at the firm’s New Philadelphia office where she is responsible providing assistance for pension plan participants.
The QKA examination is sponsored by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) to ensure only skilled individuals become QKAs. After candidates pass all three parts of the QKA exam, they are able to assist employers and consultants with recordkeeping, non-discrimination testing and the administrative aspects of 401(K) contribution plans.

Webb joined Rea & Associates on the firm’s benefit plan services team in 1995 and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry. She resides in Bolivar.
