Employees Recognized For Commitment to Community, Client Service, Firm Values and Innovation During Rea Spotlight Awards Ceremony
Each year, Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, honors employees for their contributions to the community, client service and to the firm as a whole. The 2022 Spotlight Award winners were announced at the firm’s annual company retreat in November.
“This year’s firm Spotlight Awards was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the successes of our employees and their commitment to the firm, our clients, our team members and our communities,” said Rea’s CEO, Mark McKinley, CPA.
Marcia Stutzman Award for Community Service
For his longtime commitment to the community in Northeast Ohio, Rick Lash, CPA, an equity principal in the firm’s Cleveland office, was awarded the firm’s 10th annual Marcia Stutzman Award for Community Service in recognition of his personal commitment and energy toward fundraising for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
Richard Rea Award for Client Service
For her dedication to client service, Marie Iszory, a senior accounting specialist in Rea’s Lima office, was awarded the firm’s 10th annual Richard Rea Award for Client Service for consistently going above and beyond for her clients, and is known by her clients for her amazing work ethic, passion for her job, and personal service at all times.
For his leadership in client services, Cody Kiser, CPA, a manager of client advisory services in Rea’s New Philadelphia location, also earned the Richard Rea Award for Client Service for going out of his way to give clients his very best, and is known for his professionalism, accountability and instilling trust in his clients for taking ownership of his role.
The Rea Way Award
The 8th annual Rea Way Award was presented to Bobbie Brenneman, senior associate for the firm’s Lima office. Brenneman’s 30 years of service, daily living out the Rea Way, and her dedication to her team and her clients are the embodiment of what it is to be a quintessential Rea employee.
Tim McDaniel Award For Innovation
The 3rd annual Tim McDaniel Award for Innovation was presented to Kazuma Ervin, senior cyber consultant in our Columbus office, for his ingenuity and coding skills to offer smart solutions to serve our clients. His fresh ideas, creativity, sincerity and intelligence are all cited as reasons for his nomination.
