Houser, Stammler Will Address The Year Ahead And Captive Insurance Trends Over Breakfast
Cleveland, Ohio – Walthall Rea, a subsidiary of Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, announces the next installment of its Construction & Real Estate Roundtable Series for business owners. The event will take place 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019, at the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio, located at 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., Independence.This quarterly event brings industry leaders, experts and practitioners together over breakfast for a chance to gain timely insight into issues impacting the construction and real estate industries.
“The Construction & Real Estate Roundtable series provides attendees with the opportunity to network with industry professionals while hearing the latest on topics that matter to them, such as bonding, financing, taxes and insurance,” said Doug Houser, MBA, CEPA, principal and director of construction and real estate services. “It’s important for local professionals to come together and expand their knowledge and skills in order to drive the industry forward. This series covers some great topics and I know everybody in attendance will come away with something of value.”
The Construction & Real Estate Roundtable series is designed to help local construction and real estate professionals build the skills necessary to positively impact their companies bottom lines while promoting ongoing collaboration among other industry leaders.
The Feb. 14 event will be split into two sessions:
- “Using Your Advisory Relatioinships To Add Value And De-Risk, A Future Outlook,” presented by Doug Houser, director of construction and real estate services, Rea & Associates
Attendees will learn how to properly leverage their advisory relationships to increase value and protect their business now and in the future.
- “Captive Insurance Benefits And Trends,” presented by Brad Stammler, manager of commercial lines, Leavitt Group
Attendees will be given an indepth overview about captive insurance trends and how to increase control while reducing costs.
