  • Michelle will be helping Rea implement a new LMS solution that will streamline our processes by centralizing compliance, CPE and professional development training completion data into one location. Additionally, she will be helping Rea standardize our new employee first 90 day onboarding experience, as well as mapping out longer term learning journeys tailored to the job role needs.

How we know she knows what she's doing:

Michelle earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations from The Ohio State University.

She worked at BMW Group Financial Services for 19 years and then spent 3.5 years with Vertiv as a technical training program manager - manufacturing.

Michelle has her Green Belt certification.

When she's not in the office, you can find her:

Spending time with her significant other, Brian, and their two fur babies, Barkley and Bailey.

She also loves gardening and crafting which includes wine glass painting, dried flower art, and wreath making.
