  • Imani’s day-to-day activities will include writing and editing content, consisting of blog posts, newsletter articles, press releases and thought leadership pieces. At Rea, Imani will also work on designing marketing materials, creating social media posts, maintaining website updates and assisting in other marketing campaigns such as special events and the weekly podcast, unsuitable on Rea Radio.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Kent State University.

Imani has more than 5 years of experience in the marketing industry. Starting her marketing career at Brouse McDowell, LPA as a Marketing & Communications Assistant. After, Imani worked for ICF, a consulting firm in Fairfax, VA working under the Commercial Energy Division as a Marketing and Events Specialist.

What does "A Brighter Way" mean to you? "A Brighter Way" to me, means that you should always put positive energy into everything you do! Working towards your goals and aspirations and not giving up. To keep finding new and positive ways to do what you love in a "Brighter Way"!

What’s your favorite aspect of your job? There is something new to work on every day, you never know what you may get.

What “bright idea” do you find yourself sharing over and over? "We can not become what we want, by remaining what we are!" Find room for growth in yourself, always!

What did 10-year-old you want to be when you grew up? A Veterinarian...until I realized I would be working on other animals outside of dogs.

What profession would you choose if you didn’t go into accounting? Sports Marketing for the NBA

What is the best restaurant you’ve ever eaten at? The Redstone Grill at the National Harbor in Maryland. I recommend!!
