Inside The Mind Of...

What does “A Brighter Way” mean to you? Always putting your best foot forward no matter the circumstance. This means doing your best and having a smile on your face even when you are facing challenges.

Why do you choose to work at Rea? My coworkers, I always feel welcomed and everyone is always willing to answer questions and help with anything you need. My coworkers make coming to work fun every single day!

What’s your favorite aspect of your job? Seeing everyone's work pay off in the end. Sometimes you may spend weeks on an audit or days on a 1040 but when you see the finished result it is completely worth it. Finishing a job always gives a sense of accomplishment.

What do you consider is your “brightest” quality? My eagerness to learn is my brightest quality. I enjoy trying new things and figuring out something I never thought I would. I think my willingness to learn (and sometimes fail in the process) makes me a better person and a better employee.

Just For Fun:

What profession would you choose if you didn’t go into accounting? An author.

What makes you get out of bed every day? My husband and my family.

What was your first job? K-mart cashier

I love learning, trying new things, and being given a lot of responsibility. I am always up for a challenge and face all obstacles with a positive attitude.
