Inside The Mind Of...

What does “A Brighter Way” mean to you? A relentless pursuit of a better way to get things done and be more efficient. It also means being more in touch with our clients and not treating them as an account but as a friend -- To actually care about the people and give input that is not only best for them in regards to business but as a person.

Describe your work style. Nose to the grindstone.

What line of The Rea Way describes you the best? Listen intently. Dare to Dream. Fail Forward.

What do you consider is your “brightest” quality? I am a very caring and loving individual, I like talking to and learning about people and genuinely wish the best in life for all those I come across.

Just For Fun:

What did 10-year-old you want to be when you grew up? A pro athlete first, then a construction worker.

What was your first job? A delivery driver and a dishwasher

What is your most prized possession? My family! I learned that very young. If having to choose something material, my college degree. It was the most challenging experience of my life and I am the first college graduate in my family, I wanted to set an example for my younger siblings.

I am very eager to learn and improve each and every day. I am hardworking but still work hard to provide high morale and energy to my workplace.
