Inside The Mind Of...

What does “A Brighter Way” mean to you? Looking for opportunities to serve our clients better. Looking for opportunities to become a better professional and a better person. Always looking for new solutions.

Why do you choose to work at Rea? I was sold on The Rea Way after one lunch with Ryan and Rick. I just could not wait to be a part of the team.

What’s your favorite aspect of your job? Helping my clients sleep at night. When we help a client and you can hear the relief in their voice, it's just so rewarding.

Describe your work style. I have been hands-on in a small firm and also shared in a team setting. I think I am pretty adaptable to the situation.

Just For Fun:

What did 10-year-old you want to be when you grew up? A baseball player

What makes you get out of bed every day? My family. They inspire me every day.

What is one trait you possess that you inherited from your mother or father? If I had to pick, it would be my father's work ethic and loyalty.

I am a caring and honest professional that isn't afraid of change. You will get the truth from me even when it's not what you want to hear. I take my work very personally and look for opportunities to be better.
