Topics or areas of expertise that Alyssa can talk about (even in her sleep):
Client Relations/Customer Service
How we know she knows what she's doing:
She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Cincinnati.
Prior to joining the team at Rea, she worked at Albertz & Associates LLC, CPA, Thomson-MacConnell Cadillac, Inc and National Powersport Auctions.
She is an Ohio Notary Public
How she's helped clients meet their business needs:
Tax season is stressful, for everyone. At the last CPA firm she worked at, a client had received his documents very close to the deadline and they were leaving to go out of town at that time. He was going owe money, but could not have the money withdrawn from his account and would not have access to get the paper copies sent through the mail in time. Alyssa was able to get him everything he needed to make a payment before the deadline to prevent him from paying any late fees.
When she worked in the automotive industry as a title clerk, she had a customer who was receiving tickets from tolls that were not from his vehicle. With some research she found out the original plates that were mailed to him were never received so those plates were being used by someone else. She was able to get the tickets waived and cancel out the plates and keep her customer happy and coming back!
When she's not in the office, you can find her:
At the gym
Hiking with her daughter, Naomi, and her dog, Cain!
She loves nature and outdoor activities and working on bodybuilding techniques.
