Bill joined the Rea team in 1978. A native of Zanesville, Ohio, he resides in Lima, Ohio. He and his wife, Brenda, have two children; Stephanie and Kristy.

Bill graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Bill specializes in accounting, tax planning and business consulting. He also serves as the Lima office manager.
