Why Building Blocks?

We use building blocks in a hands-on training to see how the tools of Lean Six Sigma can make any process more effective. It can be related to any process - from a tax return, to an office process, to a manufacturing line.

By having a team assemble a "plane" and then making improvements to the process and having them do the experiment again, you'll be able to see firsthand how Lean Six Sigma works.
