Rea's Pottmeyer Passes CPA Examination

Marietta, Ohio – Matt Pottmeyer has successfully completed and passed all four parts of the exam to become a Certified Public Accountant. Pottmeyer is a staff accountant in Rea’s Marietta office.

The CPA examination is administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to ensure only qualified individuals become CPAs.

Pottmeyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Marietta College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus #4617, Beverly Chapter, a member of Civitan Club of Marietta and adjutant/finance officer of the Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 750. He currently resides in Lowell.
