NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio – Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, recently hired John Wronkovich, CPA, as a manager, and Tammie Mills as an operations assistant. They both work in the firm’s New Philadelphia office.
Before coming to Rea, Wronkovich spent 30 years as the director of information technology for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Kent State University. He also obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Kent State, and completed master’s level courses in public school finance & law in 2007 to secure the State of Ohio Treasurer License.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed as Treasurer by the State of Ohio Department of Education and as Business Manager by the State of Ohio Department of Education. At Rea, Wronkovich’s areas of specialization include computer assisted auditing techniques, information technology audit and management advisory services on information technology. A native of Akron, Ohio, Wronkovich currently lives in Hudson with his wife, Karen, and their children Alex and Jessica. He enjoys supporting his children and their activities and being involved in church. He is also an avid jogger and cyclist.
Mills formerly worked as an employer account representative at The Employment Source and also has 20 years of experience in accounting, human resources and office management. She is a graduate of Central High School in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
Outside of her duties at Rea & Associates, she is involved with the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also the co-chair for the 2008 Dover Relay for Life and is heavily involved in the Dover girls’ softball league. Before moving to Dover, Ohio, where she lives today with her husband, Steven, and their daughter Allison, Mills spent 15 years living in Georgia. She likes to spend her time reading, shopping and watching movies.
