MARIETTA, Ohio - Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, recently hired Doug Orr as a staff accountant. Orr was an intern for Rea before joining the staff full-time.

He is a graduate of Johnstown-Monroe High School in Johnstown, Ohio, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marietta College.

A strong student, Orr often appeared on the Dean's list and the High Dean's list. He was also a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity (including one year as recording secretary) and Tau Pi Phi business honorary fraternity. While attending Marietta College, Mr. Orr's community involvement included the Circle K (including one year as treasurer), Marietta College's community service day and community service projects through his fraternity, including Adopt-A-School at Marietta Middle School. He is presently involved with the American Red Cross and the Colony Theatre restoration project.

A native of Johnstown, Orr now lives in Marietta, where he enjoys basketball, golf, disc golf, reading, listening to music, watching movies, playing cards and cheering for Ohio State sports teams.
