Rea & Associates Welcomes McLane and Popp in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, recently hired Andrea McLane, QKA, as a manager and Joseph Popp, Esq., as a tax specialist. They work in the firm’s Dublin office.

“We’re pleased to welcome Andrea and Joseph to our team,” said John Vogelphol, CPA, CCIFP, shareholder and office manager of the firm’s Dublin office. “They are both a welcome addition to Rea & Associates.”

Prior to joining Rea, McLane worked for Blue & Company in Columbus as a manager. She also worked for Sheridan, Barton, Vasko & Company for nine years as a manager. She earned her BA in mathematical sciences from the Ohio State University.

At Rea, McLane specializes in pension plan administration. She resides in Columbus with her husband Mike and their children, Alex and Kate.

Popp previously worked for Rea as an intern in the Dublin office. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ohio State University, graduating cum laude with honors in the Liberal Arts. He also is a graduate of the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University. While there, he earned cum laude honors, the John J. Adams Memorial Award and was a Public Service Fellow with Dean’s Special Recognition.

At Rea, Popp specializes in tax and estate planning. He currently resides in Westerville, and is pursuing a Master of Law degree from Capital University.
