Rea & Associates' Taylor Awarded Business Valuation Designation

Columbus, Ohio – Holly Taylor, CPA, ABV, AM, an accountant and senior manager Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, has earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation. This designation is awarded by the American Society of Appraisers.

To receive the accreditation, the appraiser must pass intensive courses and examinations, submit representative appraisal reports, an appraisal experience log and evidence of a college degree or its equivalent. To qualify for the ASA designation, an individual must have a minimum of 5 years of full-time equivalent appraisal experience and a college degree or its equivalent.

As a senior manager with Rea, Taylor specializes in business valuations, mergers & acquisitions and taxes. Mrs. Taylor is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She and her husband, Chris, live in Hilliard, Ohio, and have two sons, Hayden and Brady.

The American Society of Appraisers is an organization of appraisal professionals and others interested in the appraisal profession. International in structure, it is self-supporting and independent. The oldest and only major appraisal organization representing all of the disciplines of appraisal specialists, the society originated in 1936 and incorporated in 1952.
