Rea & Associates Announces New Vice President and Office Manager

Dublin, Ohio - Rea & Associates, Inc., a regional accounting and business consulting firm, has announced that Lee Beall, CPA, has been appointed to the role of executive vice president of operations. In addition, John Vogelpohl, CPA, CCIFP, has been promoted to office manager for the firm's Dublin office.

Beall is a shareholder and former office manager for the Dublin office of Rea & Associates. (Mike Taylor, CPA, a shareholder in the firm's Millersburg office, will also serve as a VP alongside Beall.) These newly created positions are the result of the firm's new corporate structure, which also includes a board of directors.

Upon accepting the vice president position, Beall passed the office manager torch to Vogelpohl. Vogelpohl also serves as the head of the firm's construction specialty service division.

"We expect the reorganization to drive the firm more quickly to its identified practice lines and specializations, which should bring a more focused service to our clients," said Beall, an associate since 1992.

With 32 years of experience in public accounting in national, local and regional firms, Beall understands what it takes to be successful in his new role. One of his main goals as vice president is to develop the younger staff members and help them grow in the firm in a meaningful way.

"We expect this new structure to create better-focused partners and team members," said Tim Michel, CPA, the firm's CEO. "It will result in more accountability, which is very important to any organization. We look forward to each team member gaining greater knowledge and skills in the areas they focus in."
