Dublin, Ohio – Rea & Associates, Inc., a regional accounting and business consulting firm, recently hired Michaela McGinn, CPA, as a principal specializing in audit services.

"Her wealth of experience in working with public and private companies as well as her client service and audit delivery experience will be a great addition to Rea & Associates. Our clients will benefit from her work with the SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley, public offerings, business process evaluation and design, as well as with acquisitions and divestitures."
McGinn is a graduate of Bishop Ready High School and Miami University. Prior to joining Rea, she was a 24-year employee with a national accounting firm where she provided audit and attest services to a wide variety of clients and industries including healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and employee benefit plans.
She resides in Columbus with her husband, Michael, and children Liam, Aidan, Brendan and Ryan Elizabeth. Also active in the Central Ohio community, McGinn serves as vice president of St. Timothy School Advisory Board as well as sports registrar for the school and is a member of Downtown Kiwanis.
