Location: Firmwide (all 13 offices), but operates from Columbus
Desciption: We are seeking an experienced professional recruiter to lead the recruitment effort for our firm. This position will handle all recruitment activities including campus relationships, internal referral sourcing, interviewing skills training, testing services, scholarship assignments, and internship coordination.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment planning
Managing the campus recruitment effort and building strong relationships with selected college programs
Identifying and utilizing alumni teams
Planning recruitment events at various offices
Coordination of intern hiring
Monitoring the recruitment needs of each office and segment within the firm
This position will also handle or oversee specialist and administrative staffing within the firm.
Requirements:
Candidate will offer 7-10 years of professional recruitment experience preferably in a professional service firm or a corporate staffing function
Demonstrate a track record of strong relationship building with groups of all ages and sizes, from faculty to students to millennial staff who assist in the recruitment effort
A reliable team builder who regularly achieves recruitment goals
