Rea & Associates, Inc. provides a full range of consulting services in all aspects of retirement planning, from the simplest to the most complex programs, for you and your employees. Through our affiliates, you have access to an extensive array of investment funding vehicles and professional asset management.

Packages include:

Customized or Turnkey Package: We provide all installation, plan takeover services, record-keeping services and employee education at an excellent price. The program can be a complete, low-cost package or a plan customized to specifications.

Eight IRS Pre-Approved Plans: All plan documentation can be provided in-house, or we can create an individually designed plan customized to your specifications for your legal advisor's review.

Basic Turnkey Package: This fully qualified plan has a wide range of features and investment choices, yet it's affordable even for companies with few employees. This can include a 401(k) savings feature, a matching provision and a discretionary profit sharing provision.

Compliance Services and Required Testing: Rea provides required testing, preparation of 5500 reports and 1099-R forms, coordination of all participant distributions and development of mandatory withholding and loan processing forms.
