Paul joined the Rea team in 1989. A native of Worthington, Ohio, he now lives in New Philadelphia, Ohio. He and his wife Elizabeth have four children: Will, Robert, Richard and Kate.

Before Rea

Paul earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from The Ohio State University. He also obtained a master's degree in taxation from the University of Akron. He spent the first two years of his career on the audit staff of a national CPA firm.

At Rea

Paul is the segment leader of Rea's retirement plan administration and consulting services where he consults with clients on fiduciary best practices related to qualified plans, as well as assisting plan sponsors improve the retirement readiness of their plan participants through effective plan design. He also serves as a partner-in-charge for many benefit plan audits performed by the firm's plan audit practice.

 Recently, Paul obtained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst designation from Fiduciary 360 (www.fi360.com), an organization that promotes a culture of fiduciary responsibility and improves the decision making processes of investment fiduciaries.

He is also active in the community:

• Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Ohio (past board president)
