Pat Porter

Pat joined the Rea team in 2009. He is a native of Flemingsburg, KY. He lives in Worthington, with his wife, Nicole, and children, Lucy and Sadie.

Before Rea

Pat earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and a master's degree in business administration in human resources from the University of Kentucky. He also studied at economics University of Vienna in Austria. Specializing in human resources, Pat has previously held positions at National City Bank, Wendy's International, a national CPA firm and Delaware County government.

At Rea

Pat is responsible for talent acquisition, performance management and training and development. He is a certified trainer of Development Dimensions International's Targeted Selection program.

Pat is active in professional and community organizations including:

  • Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland (board member and first vice president)
  • Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (past board member)
