Madore, Hefty Join Rea Team

New Philadelphia, Ohio – Rea & Associates, a regional accounting and business consulting firm, recently hired Josh Madore as a marketing coordinator. Tim Hefty, CPA, CFE, has also joined the firm’s Rea Strategic Solutions division as a senior manager. They both work in the firm’s New Philadelphia office.

Before joining Rea, Madore was the marketing assistant for Business Records Management in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a graduate of the Franciscan University of Steubenville, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication with Cum Laude honors. Madore’s areas of specialization include marketing, multimedia, and public relations. He is a member of the Association of Accounting Marketing. Madore lives in Bolivar with his wife Lindsay and daughter Emily. In his spare time he enjoys golf, baseball and spending time with his family.

Hefty brings years of experience to Rea. Before coming to the firm, he worked for CBIZ Accounting, Tax & Advisory firm as a senior manager. Prior to that, he was the chief financial officer of DiaMed, Inc. He holds a BS degree in accounting from the University of Akron. Hefty specializes in litigation and forensics, and is a certified fraud examiner. He is a current member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the American Board of Forensic Accounting. A native of Mogadore, Hefty lives in North Canton with his wife Jane and children Scott and Bradley.
