NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio – Jim Crandall has successfully completed and passed all four parts of the exam to become a Certified Public Accountant. Crandall is a staff accountant in Rea’s New Philadelphia office.
The CPA examination is administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to ensure only qualified individuals become CPAs.

A native of New Philadelphia, Crandall graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He majored in both business management and accounting and earned a 4.0 GPA in the latter. Prior to beginning his career at Rea & Associates, Mr. Crandall interned in cost accounting at the JM Smucker Company for six months.
In his spare time, Mr. Crandall enjoys all sports, especially golf, basketball and football, and spending time with his wife, Jen.
