Mike joined the Rea team in 1970. A lifelong resident of Millersburg, he and his wife Cynthia have two adult children; Sasha and Dusty.

Why do you do what you do? I enjoy working with our team and providing management to our firm. We are blessed with talented people and it is a pleasure working with them. My goal is to maximize their talents so we can give our clients leading-edge concepts and superior client service.

What did you learn from Richard Rea that you still find value in today? Go visit clients, listen to them and work at building lasting relationships.

What do your clients get when they work with you that they may not get from other consultants? Honesty -- regardless of the circumstances.

What is the first car you ever owned? A Ford Fairlane 500.

How do you unwind? Working outdoors.

What did you want to be when you grew up? A fireman.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be? A long trip through the western United States.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bowling Green State University.

Mike is Rea's Executive Vice President of Operations. He also specializes in consulting with closely held businesses.
