Dustin joined the Rea team in 2005. A native of Grove City, Ohio, he now lives in Wooster, Ohio with his wife Kim and their son, Austin.

How do you define success? Happiness -- both personally and professionally.    

Why do you do what you do? I enjoy helping people improve the business in which they work or own.

Dustin earned his BSBA degree from The Ohio State University. His past experience includes 4 years as senior financial analyst for Cardinal Health.

At Rea

Dustin specializes in management consulting and Lean Six Sigma implementation and training. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Besides Rea

Dustin was the recipient of the Cardinal Health Chairman's Award in 2004.

His community involvement includes:

  • Wooster Noon Lions Club (2-year director) 
  • Ohio State Alumni Club of Wayne County (president)
  • Relay for Life (team leader)
