Inside the Mind Of...

Why do you do what you do? I like challenges. If I’m not challenged, I’m bored.At Rea, I don’t remember the last time I had a day that went as planned.

Who has been the most influential person in your life?

My mother. She told me at a very young age that I could do anything I set my mind to do. I believed her!

What is the best advice you’ve ever received? It doesn't cost much to say "thank you".

Just For Fun...

Describe yourself in one word. Sincere.

How do you spend April 16? The same way as April 15th! I don't do taxes.

How do you unwind?

If weather permits, I’m outside walking in the woods, riding four-wheelers, doing yard work or minor household repairs. If inside, I escape into a good book or movie.

What did you want to be when you grew up? I'm still trying to figure that out.

What’s your claim to fame?  I'm honest and to the point.That may be good or bad, I guess it depends on who you ask.     

If you were stranded on a desert island, what would you want to have with you? A boat. I don't like not having options.

What is the best book you've read? There are too many great books to pick a best one. Some of my favorite authors are Grisham, Brown, Palmer, DeMille, Evans and Evanovich.

Before Rea

Debi attended the Univrsity of Akron. Her experience prior to joining Rea was primarily in the construction industry.

At Rea

As the Chief Operating Officer, Debi oversees the administration, human resources, information technology, and internal accounting areas of the firm. She is involved in the day to day management of Rea and is involved in many internal committees.
