Dan joined the Rea team in 1999. A lifelong native of Canton, Ohio, he and his wife Colleen have three daughters; Molly, Emily and Ashley.
Inside the Mind Of...Why do you do what you do? I enjoy working with younger professionals who want a career, a life and a challenge. I also enjoy being a part of a growing and successful enterprise which I believe Rea to be, and contributing to that growth by developing and providing programs and initiatives which support the people and the team that is in the process of becoming the future Rea firm. What do your clients get when they work with you that they may not get from other consultants? I challenge clients to analyze carefully and to talk through key decisions with those in their organizations who will make those decisions successful.What did you learn from Richard Rea that you still use/find value in today? Before Rea
A graduate of Boston College, Dan earned a bachelor of arts degree in English. He alo obtained a master of education degree from Kent State University. His past experience includes 7 years as the Vice President of HR at Doctor's Hospital.
