Chad joined the Rea team in 2005. A resident of Wooster, Ohio, he and his wife Nikki have two children; Madyson and Taryn.
Inside the Mind Of...Why do you do what you do? I like the daily challenges of the position and the sense of accomplishment when the team succeeds. What do your clients get when they work with you that they may not get from other consultants? A friend for life! How do you define success? Exceeding the established goals and knowing that the team feels good about themselves with their successes. Just For Fun...Describe yourself in one word. Dedicated. What one thing about you would most people find surprising? That I served in the Army. What is your favorite movie of all time? Star Wars. If you could have lunch with anyone, living or dead, who would it be? My kids. Describe the best vacation you’ve ever taken. A two week vacation (Honeymoon) in which we spent a week in Las Vegas and a week in Hilton Head, SC.A lot of sun, golfing and eating. What was your favorite class in college? World Politics.

Before Rea
Chad earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Akron. He has more than 10 years of experience in the accounting industry, including more than 6 years of experience in the government industry.
At Rea
Chad specializes in school and local government auditing, GAAP conversions and agreed upon procedures. He also serves on the Rea audit committee team and as a coach for various staff members.
