Why do you do what you do? I enjoy being challenged; being forced to use the skills I have developed, developing new skills and using a variety of other sources to come up with an answer.

What do your clients get when they work with you that they may not get from other consultants? I feel like Rea is different from the competition because we offer a large variety of services while still maintaining that personal contact and small town feel with our clients and employees.

Who is/was the most influential person in your life/career? My Father, who started his own company and showed me the importance of hard work while still finding a balance between work and family.

What is the best advice you've ever received? There is no substitute for hard work.

What did you learn your first year on the job that you still use today? Work hard and learn from your mistakes.

How do you define success? Moving forward, learning from your mistakes, leaving the situation better off than when you started and enjoying the whole ride.
