David McCarthy, CPA, CSEP

David McCarthy is the head of the profit enhancement services group at Rea & Associates as well as a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Those roles have lead to his interest in and understanding of Lean Six Sigma. He has worked to implement Lean Six Sigma at Rea and now consults with other public accounting firms as they start their own lean journey.  

Dave's background gives him the unusual ability to see both the big picture from a strategy standpoint, as well as the ability to dive down into the details from a process and technical standpoint when warranted.

He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Akron and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Ohio Society of CPAs.
