Dave joined the Rea team in 2008. A native of Apple Creek, Ohio, he now lives in Wooster with his wife, Mindy, and their rottweiler named Race.

Before Rea

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron in corporate finance with a minor in entrepreneurship and international business. Before joining Rea, he served as a lender at First Knox National Bank for more than three years.

At Rea

Dave specializes in consulting, audit, and tax services. Dave is involved in the firm's Lean Six Sigma initiative by serving as both a facilitator and team member for several internal projects and external projects. Dave is also a facilitator for LeanCPA, the firm's initiative to help other CPA firms implement Lean Six Sigma into their operations. Dave is a Lean CPA Green Belt.

Inside the Mind Of...

What do your clients get when they work with you that they may not get from other consultants?
I think I am developing a perspective that very few consultants will have. I am gaining the education and experience that will allow me to analysis businesses from any angle. I believe that provides a lot of value to our clients and is something that sets me apart from others in our profession.

Who is/was the most influential person in your life/career?
My wife. She has turned her passion into a very successful business.

How do you define success?
Making my family proud.
